PROFESSION SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written).

• Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills, which demonstrates confidence and fosters a "Trusted Advisor" relationship with the end users.

• Able to work in a team environment.

• Able to present solutions described above via whiteboard and PowerPoint.  

• Systems implementation skills:  requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design,  configuration, testing, training, change management, support

EDUCATION

• BS with a technical background (MIS, Engineering, etc.)

• MBA is a plus

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5+ years of experience working in assigned business process domain (either as a user or in consulting)

• Minimum 3+ years experience with Oracle Applications

• Full Lifecycle implementation experience with Oracle Applications

LANGUAGES

• Fluent in English

• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin)

• Fluent in Japanese is a plus
